The Story of the Estate
Domaine Oriol was born from the vision of Gaëlle and Thibaut Oriol, a winemaking couple based in Saint-Cyr.
The estate was established in 2022 with a simple philosophy: to produce the healthiest wine possible.
The first vines were planted in March 2022 with 6,500 m² of Floréal, 1,250 m² of Vidoc, and 1,250 m² of Monarch.
This was followed by the planting of 3,000 m² of Souvignier Gris in 2024 and another 3,000 m² of Coliris in 2026. These last two plantings are not yet in production, as it takes approximately three years to harvest grapes without stressing the vines.
We chose resistant grape varieties to cultivate the vines without any pesticides, with the utmost respect for life.
